She is incredibly professional and experienced, and we found her attitude and approach to be warm and reassuring on the big day. She made sure that everything went seamlessly, and understood our needs and concerns. And even when there were one or two hiccups (beyond anyone’s control), she was crucial in addressing them quickly. Her presence allowed us to soak in the day and be present.
